Our waterproofing process
- Leak investigation: We trace the real source of the water with moisture meters and visual inspection, not guesswork.
- System selection: We recommend the right system for the surface and exposure and explain the options in writing.
- Surface preparation: Old coatings are removed, cracks are repaired and the surface is cleaned and primed for full bonding.
- Application: Membranes or coatings are applied to the specified thickness, with extra reinforcement at corners, drains and joints.
- Flood test: The area is flooded for 24–48 hours to prove it is watertight before any tiles or screed go on.
- Protection & handover: A protective layer is added and you receive photos, test results and the warranty.

How do I know where the leak is coming from?
We investigate before quoting, using moisture meters and inspection of the roof, bathrooms and pipes above the damaged area.
How long does waterproofing last?
Depending on the system, 10–15 years for membranes and 5–10 years for exposed coatings when installed correctly.
Do you need to remove my tiles?
For bathrooms and balconies, usually yes, to waterproof properly underneath. For some leaks, injection works without removing tiles.
Can you waterproof in summer?
Yes. We schedule exposed roof work in the early morning and evening to protect the materials and the team.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Every job comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same problem comes back, we fix it free.
How do I pay?
Pay after the job by card, Apple Pay, bank transfer or cash. Larger projects are paid in stages.
