How we build your pool
- Design & approvals: We survey the site, design the pool in 3D, prepare structural drawings and obtain community and authority approvals.
- Excavation & structure: The area is excavated, steel reinforcement is fixed and the concrete shell is poured and cured.
- Waterproofing & plumbing: The shell is waterproofed and fill-tested, and all pipework, skimmers, inlets and drains are installed and pressure-tested.
- Tiling & equipment: Mosaic or porcelain tiles, coping, lighting, pump, filter and controls are installed.
- Deck & landscaping: The pool deck, paving and surrounding garden are completed.
- Commissioning & handover: The pool is filled, the water is balanced and we show you how to run and look after it.

The classic villa pool, with the water level just below the coping and skimmers in the wall.
Overflow pool
Water flows over the edge into a hidden channel, giving a flat, mirror-like surface.
Infinity pool
One edge disappears into the view. Ideal for rooftops and elevated gardens.

Compact pools for small gardens and narrow plots, or long lanes for swimming.
Jacuzzi & spa
Built-in heated spa with massage jets, on its own or attached to the main pool.

Usually 6–12 weeks after approvals, depending on size, design and site access.
Do I need approval to build a pool?
Yes. Most communities and the municipality require approval. We prepare the drawings and manage the process.
Can you build a pool on a rooftop?
Yes, after a structural engineer confirms the roof can carry the load. We coordinate the assessment.
Can the pool be cooled in summer?
Yes. We can add a pool chiller so the water stays comfortable even in July and August.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Every job comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same problem comes back, we fix it free.
How do I pay?
Pay after the job by card, Apple Pay, bank transfer or cash. Larger projects are paid in stages.
