Every post is anchored to a proper base plate, levelled with a laser, and we can add LED strip lighting, ceiling fans, misting systems and privacy screens.

How we build your pergola
- Survey & design: We measure the space, check the floor and roof, and show you a 3D design with colour and slat options.
- Approval: Where your community requires it, we prepare and submit the drawings.
- Fabrication: Frames and slats are cut and powder-coated to size in our workshop.
- Installation: Posts are anchored and levelled, beams and slats fixed, and lighting wired in.
- Finishing & handover: Joints are sealed, the area is cleaned and we show you how to use any motorised parts.

Will the pergola survive UAE summers?
Yes. We use powder-coated aluminium and UV-stable composite that do not rust, warp or fade in the heat.
Can you install on a rooftop without drilling the waterproofing?
Yes. We use weighted or plinth-mounted bases and seal every fixing so the roof stays watertight.
Can it have lights and fans?
Yes. LED strips, spotlights, ceiling fans and misting systems can all be built in.
Do I need approval?
Many communities require it. We prepare the drawings for you.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. Every job comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same problem comes back, we fix it free.
How do I pay?
Pay after the job by card, Apple Pay, bank transfer or cash. Larger projects are paid in stages.
