Our bathroom renovation process
- Consultation & design: We visit, measure and listen to how you use the bathroom, then present a layout, 3D concept and material options.
- Scope & schedule: You receive a written scope listing every item, the chosen materials and a day-by-day schedule.
- Approvals: We prepare and submit the NOC paperwork your building or community requires.
- Strip-out & plumbing: Old fittings and tiles are removed, and new supply and drainage pipes are installed and pressure-tested.
- Waterproofing & flood test: A membrane is applied to the floor and shower walls, then flooded for 24 hours to prove it is leak-proof.
- Tiling & installation: Tiles, sanitaryware, vanity, glass, lighting and accessories are installed to a precise finish.
- Handover: Final walk-through, silicone and snag fixes, deep clean and warranty documents.

Can I use my own tiles and fittings?
Yes. You can supply your own, or choose from our supplier range at trade prices.
Will my bathroom leak afterwards?
We flood-test every floor for 24 hours before tiling, so leaks are found and fixed before anything is covered.
Do you renovate bathrooms in occupied apartments?
Yes. We protect corridors and floors, follow building working hours and clean up daily.
Can you change the layout?
Yes, including moving the shower, WC or vanity, subject to drainage and building approval.

How do I pay?
Pay after the job by card, Apple Pay, bank transfer or cash. Larger projects are paid in stages.
